The timeline was very tight, and everything was done efficiently and professionally and no problem was too small for CAD PR to resolve. We have a difficult building management company, which CAD PR worked with very well completing all of the License to Alter procedures on our behalf direct with the management company and ensuring everything was done to their specifications. The bespoke woods are beautiful, the quality of the marble is excellent, the finish is immaculate and everything works to perfection.
On the interior design division of the company, Carol Anne Interior Designs, then Carol has an amazing eye, everyone comments on the pieces she picked out for us and we love many of them so much we will take them with us wherever we move to. The quality is very high- we have been living here for 5 years now and it still looks like new.

From an initial 4 hour meeting at the property we departed to Mumbai and only returned when the apartment was finished.
CADPR and Carol Anne Designs completed all architecture, floor plans and space planning, internal finishing specifications, the license to alter documentation on our behalf to the freeholder and managing agent, the structural construction and build process and then the internal furnishing of our apartment all via the internet and the telephone – all on time and on budget.
I could not recommend them highly enough and today Peter and Carol have become good friends to our family.
